Madeira Beach Condo Rental, Florida

Madeira Beach is on the Florida Gulf coast and is between Clearwater and Saint Petersburg Beach.  It is about half an hour southwest of  the Tampa airport.  Our condo is at "The Beach  Place" .  We're on the third floor, second from the left.  The pool is on the beach, at the right side of the building.   John's Pass, connecting the Bay to the Gulf, is to the right.

This aerial view of Madeira Beach shows the location of The Beach Place.  There is a park between our condo and John's Pass that connects the Gulf of Mexico with the bay.  The bridge is the drawbridge between Madeira Beach and Treasure island.  There is a walkway under the bridge that provides safe access to the Village at Johns Pass with its restaurants, shops, and water sports facilities.

This picture   was taken from our balcony and shows the view from our unit south to Treasure Island.  We enjoy watching the boat traffic (of all sizes) going under the drawbridge.  Dolphins are frequently seen in the pass.  There are two mini-cruise ships that are berthed just to the left of the bridge that go out to the gulf on gambling junkets several times a day.   Just visible in the lower left is our swimming pool and picnic area.

This is the inside of our unit, looking from the kitchen towards the beach.  The kitchen has new appliances and cabinets.   The sofa and love seat were replaced in 1998.   The dining room table sits eight.    Other Beach Place amenities:

• Master Bedroom  on the Gulf has a king bed and a private sitting area.
• The second bedroom has two double beds.
• The third bedroom has a queen bed.
• Full size washer and dryer in the unit in a utility room
• Tastefully decorated in Caribbean colors, carefully maintained
